The Mental Health Association in Franklin County, Inc. is Dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals and their families living with mental illness and to reduce the stigma through Advocacy, Education and Information.

 
 
 
 
    We offer a variety of programs to help Individuals with Mental Illness live a full and productive life in our community and to help families and parents of children with mental health issues as well. We also work to ensure that the rights and desires of these individuals are supported.

We are dedicated to serving the Individual, the Family and the Community by:

  • Providing public education, addressing mental illness prevention, the promotion of mental wellness and stigma reduction.
  • Advocating, at the local, state, and national level for the support of necessary appropriations and laws.
  • Mobilizing public opinion and stimulate action for the establishment and maintenance of adequate services and proper care for individuals with a diagnosis of a mental illness.
  • Acting as a clearinghouse and information center for agencies and individuals, and render a program for consultation and coordinating services in Franklin County

The Mental Health Association in Franklin County, Inc. is a 501(c)3 Corporation and is dependent upon your donations to provide the services to the community. As such, donations are gladly accepted and used to further the important work done by this agency in the community.
